Is it really free?
Yes. Listing your business and claiming your profile are free. Basic listings will always be free. We may offer optional extras in the future, and you’ll never be charged for anything you didn’t ask for.
How did my business get listed?
We list home-service businesses across the GTA using publicly available information: business name, phone number, general area and website. Claiming your profile lets you correct and add to it.
How do you verify that I own the business?
After you send a claim request, we call the business phone number on the listing to confirm before publishing any changes.
Can I have my listing removed?
Yes. Send a removal request and we’ll take it down within 2 business days. No questions asked.
Do you charge for quote requests or reviews?
No. Quote requests, reviews, photos and the Verified badge are all free. Requests go only to the business the homeowner chose, not to five competitors.
How does the Verified badge work?
Send us your licence number (where your trade needs one) and proof of liability insurance. We check them and add a Verified badge to your profile. Verified, claimed and reviewed businesses appear first in the directory.
Can I reply to reviews?
Yes. Claimed businesses can send us a reply to any review and we’ll publish it under the review.
